ISS builds software that leverages advances in machine learning to model how complex systems behave over time in a high dimensional space, allowing for advanced forecasting of system evolution and better informed decision making.

Traditional modeling tools used for complex systems analysis treat system variables (e.g. price, demand, costs, sentiment, supply constraints, regulation, etc.) as mostly independent. In contrast, the pipeline developed by ISS directly informs customers about how these many parameters interact with one another and how changes in one or several variables may propagate through the system.

Furthermore, the ISS pipeline is fully modular and thus scales advantageously. This means that the full system architecture is composed of one single piece of core technology repeated many times over, allowing for rapid R&D and flexibility in scale.
